Digital Insights Analyst Role

As a Digital Insights Analyst, you will play a critical role in helping measure performance and define business objectives through a deep understanding of our users' behaviour.

The focus of the role is to measure engagement and conversion, assist with data hygiene, build & maintain dashboards, and report findings/insights to management.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute insights strategy.

Our ideal candidate is an analytical and curious digital native who gets their energy from working collaboratively across multiple markets, lines of business, partners, and teams to uncover insights that will help us deliver what our customers want.

You are a self-starter, capable of working alone and will show initiative to share data and insights that enable data-driven business decisions for multiple lines of business.

To be successful in this role, you will hold:

  • 5+ years' experience working in data analytics, ideally for a consumer-facing product with scale.
  • Experience querying, updating, and managing data in SQL.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to tell a story with the data.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment, working at pace, with multiple stakeholders (local and international), managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Open-minded, flexible, and adaptable in outlook and approach.

This role involves supporting the tracking and analytics for campaigns, providing weekly/monthly reporting with insights on campaign effectiveness.

You will use Adobe Analytics (and other tools) to track performance, create dashboards, and provide actionable insights to teams.

The role requires collaboration with Product, CRM, Editorial, and Marketing teams to gather and share audience data and analytics for digital properties.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, able to present analytics and insights to various stakeholders.
