  • Support internal customers with seamless call transitions and coordinate with teams to ensure smooth handovers.
  • Manage customer expectations with confidence and navigate challenging situations smoothly using the escalation process.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey information clearly and effectively.
  • Customer service expertise and understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Effective problem-solving skills to guide customers through service issues and resolve complaints.
  • Ability to become familiar with relevant industry knowledge.
  • Technical proficiency in CRM systems and contact centre technology.
  • Attention to detail and ability to accurately enter data and manage documentation.
  • Adaptability and composure to handle various customer interactions and adapt to different situations and challenges.
