Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Management
- Lead and inspire a team of 25 educators to deliver exceptional care and education to children.
- Develop and implement centre-wide policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Program Development and Implementation
- Design and implement high-quality early childhood programs that meet the needs of children and families.
- Collaborate with educators to plan and deliver engaging and interactive learning experiences.
- Communication and Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, carers, and the wider community.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless operations and high-quality care.
- Operational Management
- Oversee the centre's budget and financial management to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Manage centre operations, including staff supervision, rostering, and administrative tasks.
- Qualifications and Experience
- ACECQA-approved Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent).
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership role within early childhood education, including centre management or nominated supervisor experience.
- Skills and Attributes
- Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Passionate about early childhood education and committed to delivering high-quality care and education to children.
