Mental Health Exercise Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Mental Health Exercise Specialist to join our team. As an experienced professional, you will play a key role in promoting physical and mental well-being through exercise.
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a qualified individual to make a difference in the lives of patients with anxiety, depression, trauma, personality vulnerabilities, and dependency disorders.
Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver group exercise sessions tailored to individual needs
- Provide personalized exercise plans to support individuals with chronic pain issues or physical injuries
- Promote the benefits of exercise on mental health and wellbeing
Requirements
- Recognised degree or qualifications in Physiotherapy or Exercise Physiology
- Current registration with relevant authorities
- Hospital experience preferred
- Exceptional time management and communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to ongoing education and evidence-based practice
