Job Title: Customer Service Ambassador

We are seeking a skilled customer service representative to join our team in Melbourne. As a key point of contact, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Utilise product knowledge to recommend and sell perfumes based on customer preferences.
  • Process transactions accurately using POS systems, including handling cash and card payments.
  • Conduct stock checks and maintain inventory accuracy.
  • Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and shelves are adequately stocked.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the store, including restocking shelves and tidying display areas.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns efficiently and courteously.
  • Stay informed about current promotions, events, and product offerings.
  • Uphold company policies and procedures regarding sales, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store objectives.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail experience, especially in perfume sales, is highly preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Ability to lift and carry moderate to heavy items and perform stock checks as needed.
  • Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer proficiency.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
