Job Title: Career Financial Leader
Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Career Financial Leader to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting initiatives while identifying opportunities for process improvement.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of experienced financial accountants and play a key mentoring role within the AP/AR team.
  • Develop and maintain management reporting systems, including budgets, costings, job profitability, KPIs, Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, etc.
  • Support the general manager and other team members in analyzing financial reports.
  • Manage and ensure the integrity of the general ledger.
  • Ensure compliance with all tax and other regulations.
  • Treasury management.
  • Liaise with external accountants.
  • Oversee IT systems.

Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Excellent analytical, planning, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of computers/IT.
  • CPA/CA qualification.
  • Mature outlook and experience assisting with mediation/conflict resolution.
  • Fastidious attention to detail.
