Back of House Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Back of House Supervisor to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment and take on new challenges.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide guidance and support to the Back of House team in achieving operational excellence.
- Manage stock deliveries and ensure maximum stock availability through effective replenishment systems.
- Maintain high standards of housekeeping and organization in the back of house area.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize stock layout and improve access for staff.
- Monitor and control stock loss, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar role within retail or a related industry.
- Team management or supervisory experience is preferred.
- A positive attitude and strong analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
