Back of House Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled professional to manage our Back of House operations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing fast-paced environments, with excellent organizational skills and a passion for delivering exceptional quality and presentation.
The successful applicant will be responsible for overseeing the preparation of all fresh and cooked items, leading open/close operations, assisting with training and upskilling of new and existing team members, and completing daily ordering, safety, quality, and stock checks.

- Manage and complete prep of all fresh and cooked items
- Own service on toastie, fresh, or fryer sections, guiding other team members along the way
- Lead open/close
- Assist with ongoing training & upskilling of new and existing team members
- Complete daily ordering, safety, quality, and stock checks
