**An exciting opportunity now exists for hard-working and vibrant Food and Beverage Attendants to bring their flair and enthusiasm to our high volume restaurant.**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**The Jerk Back of House / Kitchen staff **is attentive to guests, making them feel welcome, at all times while enjoying serving great products to our happy customers.

**In this role, you will be responsible for**:

- Delivering a great quality food in fast paced environment
- Demonstrating great product knowledge of food offerings
- Making sure food are prepare according to recipe & plating guide
- Maintaining a kitchen with high level of food safety and cleanliness
- Completing daily and weekly prep
- Love to up-skill them self and being proactive in attending meetings and training
- Contributing to a positive workplace culture

**ABOUT YOU**

As someone with previous experience in a handling day to day kitchen preparation, you will possess a passion for delivering excellent product quality. You will have a willingness to build long-term relationships with our guests and will have impeccable grooming, presentation and communication skills.

**To succeed in this role you will need the following skills and attributes**:

- Proven experience in the position of Back of House / Kitchen
- Clean and professional look
- Excellent verbal communication and memorisation
- Great interpersonal and teamwork
- Ability to remain composed, particularly during stressful or uncomfortable
- Physically Fit and able to do task such as lifting
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
- Willingness to perform additional duties to facilitate the restaurant's operations, as needed.
- Ability to contribute to a positive workplace culture
- Valid and current Australian Working Rights
