Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Back of House Supervisor to support our Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer experiences from stockroom to selling floor. This role is responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient inventory management processes, including processing deliveries, managing stock movement, and minimizing stock loss.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Provide direction to the Back of House team on daily priorities for stock-to-floor, delivery processing, and replenishment activities.
  • Stock Delivery Planning: Plan and manage stock deliveries to achieve maximum stock availability.
  • Back of House Standards: Maintain Back of House standards in line with company expectations.
  • Layout Optimization: Optimize the back of house layout for easiest stock access and placement of bestselling brands, classes, and styles.
  • Team Feedback: Provide feedback to team members to encourage, improve or enhance their performance.
Requirements

We are looking for candidates with:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar position within retail or an adjacent industry.
  • Experience working in a Back of House or Warehouse environment is desirable, but not essential.
  • Team management or supervisory experience is preferred.
  • A positive can-do attitude, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Suite, Excel, Word etc.
