Job Description:

The company, a leading global manufacturer in the consumer goods sector, is headquartered in the US and operates globally. With a wide range of products, they are renowned for their innovative designs and commitment to quality.

The company is seeking a dynamic and experienced CFO to join their leadership team. The CFO will play a key role in overseeing and managing the financial operations of the company, ensuring its financial health, stability, and growth.

This is a unique opportunity for a commercially savvy finance leader to partner with an ambitious CEO and board, shaping the financial future of a global brand.

The Role:

Develop and execute the company's financial strategy, aligning with business goals.

• Oversee financial planning, FP&A, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
• Lead the finance team, ensuring strong financial controls and compliance.
• Analyse financial performance, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to drive business decisions.
• Manage cash flow, capital allocation, and financial risk.
• Collaborate with senior management and the board of directors on strategic initiatives.
• Oversee regulatory filings, audits, and tax compliance.
• Maintain strong relationships with external stakeholders, such as investors, banks, and auditors.

The Person:

A CA/CPA qualified finance leader with proven CFO experience in consumer goods, manufacturing, import/export, or distribution.

• A strategic business partner with PE-backed or high-growth company experience.
• Experience partnering with a CEO and board to achieve strategic outcomes in a growth and transformation environment, and has led initiatives for broader business improvement and corporatisation (e.g., ERP implementation).
• Proven ability to drive business growth and manage risk effectively.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills and can lead the organisation's culture around planning, data-driven decision making, forecasting and ROI.

Requirements:

Strong technically - all reporting is on time and accurate (knowledge of NASDAQ or US listed environments a benefit).
Risk Management and policy development.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
