About the Role

  • Lead the ACCC's operations, including organisational governance, financial management, human resources, information technology, and data analytics.
  • Provide strategic information, management advice, and reports to inform decisions made by the Chair and Commissioners.
  • Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and risk-taking, supporting the development of ACCC staff and a positive organisational culture.
  • Engage with domestic and international stakeholders, including government departments, parliamentary committees, and peer agencies.

Selection Criteria

  • Executive-level management experience in a dynamic, complex environment.
