Job Opportunity

We are seeking a Biostatistician to contribute to the provision of high-quality research activities.

This role will involve providing research design, statistical analysis, and interpretation of results. The successful candidate will be responsible for health service data analysis, including state-wide child and youth mental health service data, using advanced statistical and analytical modelling techniques.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement research designs, statistical models, and databases.
  • Collaborate with researchers and clinicians to design and conduct studies.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated understanding and experience of biostatistics, research methodologies, and data analysis.
  • High level experience in statistical packages and programming languages.
  • Able to identify analytical problems and implement solutions.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Knowledge of research ethical and regulatory frameworks.
