**Role Summary**

We are seeking to appoint two positions: an Applied Statistician/Lecturer and an Applied Statistician/Associate Lecturer.

The successful candidates will work in the Data Hub at the Charles Perkins Centre, enhancing capacity in data-intensive biomedical and metabolomics health research.

The Data Hub aims to enable context-specific data analysis on collaborative projects through statistical expertise and teaching. One position will be responsible for managing the administration of the Data Hub's services.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work as a data statistician or analyst in the Data Hub
  • Teach one day per week for the School of Mathematics and Statistics
  • Manage the administration of the Data Hub's services (for one position)

Key Details:**

  • 0.8 FTE Data Hub Statistician in the Charles Perkins Centre Data Hub
  • 0.2 FTE teaching role in the School of Mathematics and Statistics

About the Role**

The successful applicants will have a strong background in statistics and experience working in a data-driven environment.

The Data Hub is a dynamic team that works closely with researchers across the University.
