About this role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team in North Sydney. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for providing financial planning and analysis support to our business leaders, ensuring that our financial performance is aligned with our strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities
  • Partner with business leaders to develop and implement financial plans and strategies that drive business growth and profitability.
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to inform business decisions, including budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting.
  • Develop and maintain financial models and tools to support business planning and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and cost savings initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with financial policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
About you
  • Proven experience in financial planning and analysis, with a strong understanding of financial concepts and principles.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and develop insights.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with business leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Relevant qualifications in finance, accounting, or a related field.
