We have been engaged to recruit a permanent, full-time Finance Business Partner opportunity for a US Listed, Global FMCG organisation based in Western Sydney.

Responsibilities & Duties

Reporting directly into the Head of Finance and working alongside a strong finance team your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to);
Engage with key stakeholders to understand business needs and proactively drive improved business insight and decision making through robust financial analysis and reporting for division;
Negotiate and influence outcomes by challenging appropriately using data to deliver the right outcome for the business;
Ensure risks (financial and non-financial) are clearly articulated and addressed in decision making;
Complete and review business plans, forecasts and reports for division;
Provide finance and administration support for creation, management and procurement of contracts within division;
Prepare business cases and benefit reviews for new business initiatives to support continuous improvement;
Partnering with the stakeholders (finance and non-finance) to drive positive change and enhance information provided to senior stakeholders to support the divisional agenda.

Skills & Experience

Ideally you will be a Qualified Accounting professional with prior experience working within an FMCG/ Manufacturing or similar industry. You will have proven experience partnering with a range of stakeholders & be confident in presenting to the ELT. Ideally you will have prior experience using SAP & proven experience using a BI tool, specifically Power BI, will be advantageous & highly regarded. Advanced excel skills ( V lookup, Pivot, Formulas, Power Pivot, basic macros) ideal.
