The role of the Senior Logistics Executive involves overseeing the preparation of customer proposals and/or tender documents, as well as fulfilling orders from start to finish.

This includes identifying customer needs, developing proposals, processing orders, and ensuring timely delivery of products to customers.

As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for managing stakeholders to monitor completion of requirements and activities, participating in value-based culture and accountability initiatives, and adhering to governance, compliance, and reporting processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain close relationships with key stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination of logistics activities.
  • Logistics Planning and Execution: Plan, coordinate, and execute logistics operations to meet customer requirements, including transportation, warehousing, and cargo handling.
  • Resource Allocation and Optimization: Review allocation of resources to support different business activities and optimize their use to improve efficiency and productivity.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in basic Microsoft Office/Power Platform Applications and knowledge of SAP/Warehouse Management System (WMS).
  • Education and Experience: Degree/Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent certifications and 1-3 years of relevant working experience.
