Job Title: Senior High Voltage Distribution Manager

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior High Voltage Distribution Manager to lead our high voltage distribution team.

  • About the Role:
  • The Senior High Voltage Distribution Manager will be responsible for managing a team of engineers and technicians to ensure the reliable operation of our high voltage network.
  • This role involves planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance activities to minimize disruptions and ensure safe operation.
  • The successful candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a deep understanding of electrical systems and safety protocols.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualifications:
  • A relevant trade qualification or postgraduate degree in a field related to electrical engineering.
  • Experience:
  • At least 4-6 years of experience in a similar role within the mining or heavy industry.
  • Skills:
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A deep understanding of electrical systems and safety protocols.
  • Ability to plan, coordinate, and execute maintenance activities.
