Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Workers Compensation Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our Client Service team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and solutions to clients across Australia.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in Workers Compensation advisory and risk management, with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. You will have the ability to communicate complex ideas in a clear and concise manner, both verbally and in writing.

As a consultant, you will work closely with clients to understand their specific needs and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs. You will also contribute to internal processes and procedures, support project teams, and participate in cross-selling opportunities.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Relevant degree (desirable)
  • Solid experience in Workers Compensation Advisory or closely related role
  • Thorough knowledge of Workers Compensation legislation and current market conditions
  • Current driver's license
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring of clients and colleagues
