Territory Sales Manager Opportunity

Are you looking to drive growth and expansion in the Ready-Mix Concrete industry?

We are seeking a seasoned Territory Sales Manager to join our dynamic team on the Gold Coast.

  • Identify and capitalize on new market opportunities through innovative solutions, customer acquisition, and segment development.
  • Manage and maintain a rolling orderbook and pipeline with existing and new customers to ensure consistent sales performance.
  • Conduct market analysis and gather intelligence on industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs.

As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for achieving territory and team objectives aligned to the region and Sales Incentive Scheme targets. This role requires strong commercial acumen, critical thinking skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to present complex information effectively.

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in field sales within a relevant sector (industrial preferred).
  • Ability to identify and leverage customer, market, and industry insights to shape strategic direction.
  • Proven ability to translate product features and benefits into compelling value propositions.
