Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Gold Coast. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, handling property inquiries, conducting property viewings, negotiating sales, coordinating with vendors, and finalizing contracts. Other responsibilities include maintaining a high level of customer service, staying updated on market trends, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the buying or selling process.

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent negotiation and sales skills
  • Knowledge in real estate market trends and property management
  • Proficiency in using real estate CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts
  • Experience in the real estate industry
  • A valid real estate license is required
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field is a plus
