About Our Youth Mental Health Service

We are a leading provider of health care services to the inner southeast suburbs of Melbourne, offering a range of inpatient and community-based programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the case management of young people with early psychosis
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated transitions and integration of services
  • Develop and deliver assessment and intervention strategies for young people with psychosis and alcohol and other drug issues

Requirements:

  • Experience in diagnosis and provision of assessment and intervention with young people with psychosis
  • Knowledge of mental health and youth development principles
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
