Musical Education Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Music Instructor to provide high-quality music education to students of various ages and skill levels. As a Music Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering tailored individual and group music lessons, supporting school events, and maintaining a clean and organized teaching environment.
The ideal candidate will have musicianship and the ability to teach various instruments, music theory, and techniques to different age groups. A Bachelor's degree in Music or equivalent is preferred, along with 2 or more years of teaching experience and familiarity with AMEB exams or equivalent.
- Deliver tailored individual and group music lessons
- Support school events, including concerts and recitals, by ensuring student readiness
- Maintain a clean and organized teaching environment, ensuring instruments and equipment are in good working condition
You'll work as part of a supportive team, receiving full support in this role. All teaching materials will be provided, and scheduling and student payment will be handled by the administration team. You can focus solely on teaching and developing your skills.
**Requirements:**
- AMEB grade 6 or equivalent playing ability on their instrument/instruments
- Teaching experience
- Ability to reliably travel to/from the school
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to connect with students, parents, and colleagues effectively
- A commitment to maintaining a professional and organized teaching environment
