We are seeking a talented Executive Recruiter to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional recruitment solutions.

About the Role:

  • Manage an existing pool of placed candidates, taking job briefs, posting ads, interviewing candidates, and liaising with clients throughout the sourcing process.
  • Review applications, phone screen potential candidates, and use initiative to source high-quality candidates in short time frames.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with registered and placed candidates, as well as conduct reference checks and update the CRM.

Business Development:

  • Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and build a business development strategy to target and win key clients.
  • SOURCE and follow leads to make calls, drive new business development, and meet existing and prospective clients to drive business growth.

This role offers a 360-degree consultant experience focused on recruitment within business support, HR, marketing, and project support across various industry sectors. To be successful, you'll need to be a self-starter, team-oriented, and value relationships above all else, holding yourself to high standards of work.
