About the Role

At REO Group, we are seeking an exceptional Executive Recruitment Leader to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a motivated and results-driven individual to lead our recruitment efforts and drive business growth.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for running a 360° recruitment desk, leading the HR specialisation, and overseeing the performance of other recruiters. With a focus on delivering exceptional client experiences and driving billings growth, this role requires a strong leader who can motivate and guide their team to achieve outstanding results.

In addition to managing a high-performing team, the Executive Recruitment Leader will also be responsible for building and scaling the function, developing strategic plans, and implementing initiatives to increase on-desk performance. This includes conducting team meetings, job triage planning, on-desk support, one-on-one coaching, and performance improvement planning.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Minimum 5+ years' experience in agency recruitment within the HR specialisation (Business Development, Candidate Management & Job Management)
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
