This is a part-time role where you will work closely with store teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and support colleagues in achieving their goals.

About the Role

As an Assistant Department Manager, you will be responsible for leading your department's day-to-day operations, executing store plans, and collaborating across the store to drive departmental goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver excellent customer service through engagement and role modeling of our Everyday ACTs - Acknowledge, Care & Thank.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by ensuring correct processes are followed in-store.
  • Support the development of department operations to provide great support to the department team on a day-to-day basis.
  • Work collaboratively with others to achieve outstanding outcomes.
