Caregivers are sought to fill a role in the professional development of all caregivers. The position collaborates with key stakeholders to deliver, implement, assess and evaluate programs in the Endoscopy department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and provide guidance to caregivers to meet individual learning and development goals
  • In collaboration with managers, address learning gaps and support performance development goals
  • Promote an interprofessional approach to learning and foster a positive workplace learning environment
  • Support the use of standardised tools, frameworks and guidelines to deliver, assess and evaluate learning activities
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Well-developed time management and organisational skills, effective conflict resolution, negotiation and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience applying adult learning principles to motivate and support caregivers
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, mentoring and coaching abilities to engage with a diverse workforce
  • Current registration as a Health Practitioner with ongoing professional development
  • Knowledge of quality improvement and relevant accreditation processes
