Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Member Support Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our club, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a thriving membership base by providing exceptional customer service, sales, and lead generation.
Key Responsibilities- Proactively contribute to club sales budget through sales promotions and referrals campaigns
- Generate and convert high-quality sales leads through community outreach, referrals, and identifying new business opportunities
- Achieve the required number of lead contacts via telephone to maximize sales opportunities
- Provide sales presentations and tours to prospective members
- Create great member journeys through positive and personalized interactions
- Achieve successful outcomes to enquiries
- Open and close the club as per the club roster
- Active involvement in member retention programs to inspire members to continue their fitness journey
- Regular service calls to new and existing members to keep them engaged in their journey and recommend club-based products to boost their results and amplify their experience
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates
- Ability to build rapport with people from varied walks of life with a desire to help people succeed in their goals
- Ability to solve problems and overcome obstacles
- Outstanding communication abilities to listen, understand, empathize, and influence others
- Tenacity with a natural drive to achieve individual targets and team goals
- Customer-focused with a desire to achieve exceptional customer outcomes
