Marketing Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Amana Living. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for coordinating and implementing marketing campaigns across various business areas.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute social media strategies to engage with our audience and promote our brand.
- Manage our social media platforms and website, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Utilize graphic design and video production skills to create engaging content.
- Ensure brand consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
- Support internal teams to deliver on-brand materials and communications.
- Assist with events and exhibitions, including promotional item sourcing and logistics.
- Support the delivery of employer brand communications, ensuring compliance with our guidelines.
- Manage financial aspects of marketing campaigns, including POs and invoice processing.
- Plan and implement email communication schedules to improve stakeholder experience.
We are looking for a highly organized and creative individual with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field. You should have strong graphic design and digital marketing skills, as well as experience in marketing and communications strategy and implementation. If you are a team player with excellent communication skills and a passion for marketing, we encourage you to apply.

- Ability to problem-solve and apply creative solutions.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing and/or Communications, Arts, or Psychology.
- Knowledge of the Aged Care industry and/or Home Care Common Standards (desirable).
- High-level computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications.
- Current Driver's Licence.
- Ability to obtain a National Police Clearance.
- Successful completion of pre-employment health form and reference checks.
