  • Prepare sales proposals, contracts, and banquet event orders to maximize revenue and maintain existing guest loyalty.
  • Promote brand awareness internally and externally through various channels.
  • Assemble information packages, including brochures and promotional materials, to support sales efforts.
  • Enter, retrieve, reconcile, and verify information in software related to the sales process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by answering guest questions about property facilities and services.
  • Serve as the point of contact for clients and communicate with them by phone and email to respond to questions and requests.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of related work experience.
  • No supervisory experience required.
  • License or certification not required.
