Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Interim Finance Manager to join our team at the REO Group. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a critical role in supporting our business through a period of transition and growth.

About the Role

The Interim Finance Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day business-as-usual tasks, while also helping establish and improve reporting processes. This includes collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to structure and report on budgeting and forecasting plans, as well as working alongside finance leadership to implement processes and systems that ensure strong internal operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports to provide insights that support decision-making.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare financial statements, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and present results to senior management.
  • Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, manage costs, and track budget performance.
  • Financial Risk Management: Implement financial controls, ensure compliance with regulations, and manage financial risks.
  • Leadership and Team Management: Lead the finance team, collaborate with other departments, and align financial goals with business objectives.
  • Process Improvement: Support financial systems, streamline processes, and improve efficiency.
  • Special Projects: Conduct financial analysis for special projects and support strategic planning initiatives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A degree in Finance and Accounting.
  • CA/CPA qualification.
  • Immediate availability.
  • Experience as a Finance Manager.
