Requirements

  • Experience

  • Skills
    • Excellent customer service and sales skills, with a strong ability to build rapport with customers.
    • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and coach team members.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
    • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
  • Personal Qualities
    • Highly personable and confident individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
    • Adaptable and flexible, with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
