Key Product Manager Role

We are recruiting for a senior professional to drive brand growth through consumer engaging media, PR and digital strategy and activations across our portfolio.

About the Job
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to build broader brand and product strategy working closely with external partners.
  • Monitor customer trends and work hand-in-hand with the commercial team to implement retail materials effectively.
  • Oversight of brand guidelines ensures consistency with the sense of purpose while nurturing the brand.
  • Manage collection and analysis of consumer and market insights, sharing findings with Senior Management for new product development alignment.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales through proper understanding, recommendation, and usage of products.
  • Drive business performance through strong foundations with internal and external partnerships.
  • Conduct analysis and reports to understand market and customers clearly, enabling quick reaction to changing trends and influencing organization growth.
  • Understand market context and trends, knowing when and how to engage internally and externally.
  • Promote launches and push growth of pillar products using expertise in product, market, and consumer knowledge to contribute to continued growth for the brand and consumer relationship.
About You
  • Strong experience within end-to-end marketing brand execution and trade marketing.
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the beauty or retail industry with luxury retail/beauty brand understanding highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in forecasting and data analytics essential.
  • Experience in dealing with media agencies and briefings is crucial.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with various internal and external stakeholders.
  • You must be self-motivated and driven to manage your time efficiently.
