Role Overview

This pivotal position involves providing technical support and advice across the facility for video conferencing equipment and in-cell devices. You will also be responsible for supporting the Offender Services Network with asset maintenance, auditing, and reporting.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have experience in troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, including telecommunications and video conferencing equipment. Additionally, you must have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and managing workload under varying deadlines and timeframes.

A strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10 and Microsoft Office 365 Suite is mandatory. Furthermore, you should have an aptitude and willingness to learn new technologies. A tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline such as information technology is highly desirable.
