As a Digital Security Support Specialist, you'll be working closely with our engineering and sales teams to provide support to resellers, service providers, and enterprise customers. You'll be responsible for issue reproduction, documentation, and critical issue management, as well as coordinating fixes with our engineering team.

In addition to your technical skills, you'll need to have strong organizational abilities, be able to multitask, and prioritize tasks effectively. You should also be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and be able to adapt quickly to changing situations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in IT security, customer service, and operations
  • Strong background in networking, layer 7 protocols, and container technologies (Docker and Kubernetes)
  • Knowledge of data representation types (XML, JSON, and YAML) and public cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, and Azure)
  • Experience with security products and solutions, including firewalls, WAFs, and DDoS protection
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
