Key Responsibilities:- Determine and assess factors contributing to antisocial behaviour.
- Motivate and influence individuals in their personal development journey.
- Produce detailed reports and documents according to established guidelines.
- Monitor adherence to program requirements.
- Displays assertiveness and confidence in challenging situations.
- Fosters positive relationships and collaborates effectively as part of a team.
- Understands complex case management principles.
- Promotes pro-social behaviours and motivates others.
- Aware of non-verbal cues and promotes inclusivity.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They should be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Additionally, they should be proficient in maintaining accurate records and producing high-quality written reports.
