Senior Clinical Operations ManagerJob Description:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Clinical Operations Manager to lead the after-hours nursing services at our hospitals.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, managing resources, and ensuring high standards of patient care.
Collaboration with multidisciplinary teams is essential to maintain safe, efficient, and person-centred care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and developing a team of nurses
- Optimising resource allocation
- Maintaining high standards of patient care
Requirements:
- Current authority to practice as a Registered Nurse with AHPRA
- Relevant tertiary qualification in management or extensive post-graduate clinical and management experience in acute healthcare
- Leadership and interpersonal skills with motivation, delegation, negotiation, and knowledge of clinical evidence-based acute health assessment, treatment, and care
