We are seeking a highly detail-oriented and proactive Metering and Billing Specialist to manage and maintain accurate records of metering data, perform billing calculations, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of metering data, including meters, readings, and consumption patterns.
- Perform billing calculations, taking into account various factors such as usage patterns, tariffs, and discounts.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.
- Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
- Communicate effectively with customers, stakeholders, and internal teams to resolve queries and issues.
