This role isn't just about managing HR processes; it's about being a strategic partner, trusted advisor, and culture champion who helps every employee succeed. You'll lead a team, partner with leaders across the business, and create initiatives that make an incredible place to work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading Your Team: Oversee the day-to-day activities, provide continuous feedback, and empower growth and excellence in roles.
  • Driving Strategy: Align the strategy with overall goals and ensure key initiatives are executed to achieve wider business objectives.
  • Shaping Culture: Partner with leaders to drive a high-performance culture, act as an advocate for our values, and ensure they're woven into all people activities.
  • Enhancing the Employee Experience: Lead core activities that enrich culture, including employee performance management, bonus and remuneration reviews, engagement initiatives, and career pathways.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Work with department managers to address concerns, develop action plans, and support matters involving underperformance or misconduct.
  • Optimising Operations: Oversee the creation and maintenance of policies, identify training needs, and manage the adoption of systems to streamline processes.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Monitor and analyse key people metrics like hiring analytics, retention, and employee satisfaction to inform strategic decisions.
  • Office Management: Ensure the office is maintained to a high standard, handle maintenance requests and vendor relations as needed.
