Claims Leadership Opportunity

Job Description

The Claims Team Leader will lead a team of experienced claims specialists to deliver best practice claims management and exceptional customer service. The role requires the ability to provide ongoing coaching, support, and development to enhance individual and team performance.

Key responsibilities include overseeing KPIs and workflow, ensuring efficient claims processing while collaborating with specialist functions to achieve high-quality outcomes. Additionally, the Claims Team Leader will champion the Claims People Value Proposition, foster engagement, and uphold company values and culture.

The ideal candidate will have proven leadership excellence, with a track record of empowering high-performing teams. Extensive expertise in general insurance commercial/property claims is required, along with a deep understanding of industry best practices and regulatory frameworks.
