Disability Support Worker

Programmed Health Professionals is seeking experienced In-Home Disability Support Workers to provide high-quality care and support to our clients. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling individuals with disabilities to live independently and participate fully in their communities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered support and services to clients in their homes, promoting their independence and autonomy.
- Assist clients with their personal care and mobility needs, including daily living activities and medication management.
- Encourage individuals with disabilities to engage in their own lives, pursuing their interests and goals.
- Work collaboratively with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement personalized care plans.
- Adapt to changing situations and individuals, demonstrating flexibility and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
- Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support, or Aged Care.
- Experience working with clients in the community, with a focus on disability support.
- Current Driver's License and reliable vehicle.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including morning and afternoon shifts.
- DCSI Screenings - Disability & NDIS Workers Screening.
