Disability Support Worker

- Availability to work short and long shifts is required.
- Experience working with clients in the community is essential.
- Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support, or Aged Care is required.
- In-Home Support is a key aspect of this role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
- Providing support and services to clients with the Person-Centered Active Support model is a key responsibility.
- Encouraging individuals living with a disability to be engaged in their own lives is a key objective.
- Assisting clients with their personal health care and mobility needs is a critical aspect of this role.
- A current Driver's Licence and reliable car are required.
- Commitment to ongoing rosters providing support to our clients is essential.
- Adaptability to work with different individuals, including those with challenging behaviors, is necessary.
- DCSI Screenings - Disability & NDIS Workers Screen are required.
- Weekly pay at competitive rates.

- Online competencies and further education opportunities.
- Free CPR and Manual Handling Certificate Updates.
