Key Requirements:- We are seeking experienced In Home Disability Support Workers for our clients in the Victor Harbor and Goolwa Area.
- Availability to work short and long shifts is required.
- Experience working with clients in the community is essential.
- Certificate III in Disability, Individual Support, or Aged Care is a must.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required.
- Ability to provide support and services to clients with the Person-Centered Active Support model.
- Encourage individuals living with a disability to be engaged in their own lives.
- Assist clients with their personal health care and mobility needs.
- Current Drivers Licence and Reliable Car are necessary.
- Adaptability to work with different individuals, including those with challenging behaviors.
- DCSI Screenings - Disability & NDIS Workers Screen.
- Weekly pay at competitive rates.
- Opportunity to work consistent weekly hours.
- Online competencies and further education opportunities.
- Free CPR and Manual Handling Certificate Updates.
