Key Responsibilities:
  • Own and execute paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google platforms.
  • Develop and optimize full-funnel strategies to increase ROAS, drive conversions, and grow customer LTV.
  • Build, monitor, and test ad creatives and copy based on data-driven performance.
  • Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Collaborate with our creative and brand teams to align marketing strategies with campaign visuals.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and best practices.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven experience managing high-performing Meta and Google Ads campaigns (3+ years preferred).
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, etc.).
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in ad platforms and Google Analytics.
  • Experience working in e-commerce or direct-to-consumer brands (streetwear/sneaker knowledge is a plus).
  • Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments.
  • Comfortable working remotely or from our Gold Coast office.
