Green Space Enhancement Leader

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to lead our team in enhancing green spaces across various contracts in SEQ.

This is an ideal position for someone who enjoys working outdoors, has a keen eye for detail, and takes pride in their work.

  • Lead a team of gardening professionals to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
  • Operate various mowing equipment safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain and perform regular inspections on equipment.
  • Ensure lawns and green spaces are maintained to a high standard.
  • Complete service requests as required.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in gardening using push mowers, brush cutters, hedgers, secateurs, planting, laying turf, irrigation, and mulching.
  • Valid Manual Drivers Licence.
  • White Card.
  • Working at heights, ACDC licence, EWP, Working with Children – highly regarded.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team and/or individually.
  • Be punctual and reliable.
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions ranging from hot summer days to cooler winter months.
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
