The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team to deliver high-quality results, while ensuring the safety and well-being of all team members.
- Lead a team of skilled gardening professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Maintain and operate various mowing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Conduct regular inspections on equipment to ensure they are in good working order.
- Ensure that lawns and green spaces are maintained to a high standard, exceeding customer expectations.
- Complete service requests as required, prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Adhere to established safety protocols and procedures at all times.
Key Qualifications:
- Prior experience in gardening using push mowers, brush cutters, hedgers, secateurs, planting, laying turf, irrigation, and mulching.
- Valid manual driver's license.
- White card certification.
- Able to work effectively as part of a team and/or individually, following instructions accurately.
- Punctual and reliable, with a strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards.
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions, adapting to changing circumstances.
