Green Space Enhancement Team Member

This role offers an exciting opportunity to work alongside a team to enhance green spaces across various contracts around SEQ. As a valued member of our team, you will be responsible for working together with a dynamic group to deliver high-quality results.

The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and take pride in their work. They should be able to operate various mowing equipment safely and efficiently, maintain and perform regular inspections on equipment, ensure lawns and green spaces are maintained to a high standard, complete service requests as required, and adhere to safety protocols and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate various mowing equipment safely and efficiently
  • Maintain and perform regular inspections on equipment
  • Ensure lawns and green spaces are maintained to a high standard
  • Complete service requests as required
  • Adhere to safety protocols and procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in Gardening using push mowers, brush cutters, hedgers, secateurs, planting, laying turf, irrigation and mulching
  • Valid Manual Drivers Licence
  • White Card
  • Highly regarded: Working at heights, ACDC licence, EWP, Working with Children
  • Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team and/or individually
  • Be punctual and reliable
  • Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions ranging from hot summer days to cooler winter months
  • Strong work ethic and commitment to completing tasks efficiently and to the highest standards
