Drive Organisational Success as a Senior Financial Strategist

This is an influential leadership role where you will shape financial performance, build out a best-practice business partnering function, and work closely with senior leaders in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment.

About the Role

As the Head of Business Partnering, you will combine strategic insight with financial expertise to influence decision-making, optimise spend, and ensure budgets and forecasts align with organisational goals. You will be responsible for building out the business partnering function and processes, establishing a best-practice approach that delivers maximum value to the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with senior executives to deliver performance objectives and strategic targets
  • Lead the build-out of the business partnering function and associated processes
  • Oversee end-to-end forecasting, budgeting, and planning processes
  • Deliver high-quality performance reporting, analysis, and strategic recommendations
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and efficiency improvements
  • Build and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with stakeholders across the organisation
  • Lead, develop, and inspire a motivated, engaged finance team

About You

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Business, or related discipline
  • A proven track record in senior business partnering roles
  • A strong commercial mindset and strategic thinking capability
  • Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, and cost allocation process improvement
  • Proficiency in SAP Finance or similar ERP systems
  • Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Demonstrated leadership of high-performing teams
