Performance Analysis Specialist

We are seeking a skilled performance analysis specialist to join our team.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Deliver and oversee delivery of accurate and insightful performance analysis.
    • Resolve complex performance issues, develop solutions to complex performance and attribution modeling, and process improvements.
    • Guide and develop other analysts within the team.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Achieve high-quality performance analysis results.
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders.
  • Continuously improve performance attribution processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a financial services role.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • Accounting or finance degree preferred.
  • Certification in investment performance measurement or certified financial analyst preferred.
