About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Project Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving all sales outcomes for your project.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage buyer enquiry and all prospective leads.
  • Proactively generate new lead enquiries.
  • Network with local, interstate and international buyers.
  • Deliver sales processes from enquiry through to contract and settlement.
  • Manage detailed input into the CRM system.
  • Provide dedicated ongoing customer relationship management.
  • Attend to, and manage the onsite project sales suite.
About the Company

Our client is a reputable private developer with a proven track record of delivering luxury apartments, particularly in the owner-occupier waterfront market. They have a significant future development pipeline in SEQ and are looking for an experienced sales professional to join their team.
